About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to fill the role of Educational Video Content Director. In this position, you will lead and oversee the direction, filming, editing, and organization of English lessons to develop comprehensive courses

Key Responsibilities
Organize the development of scripts for teachers based on a structured curriculum
Direct and organize the filming of educational videos, ensuring high-quality production
Collaborate with educators to adapt lesson plans into engaging and effective on-screen content
Oversee the entire video production process, from concept development to post-production editing
Ensure alignment with educational goals and maintain consistency in content delivery
Stay updated on educational technology trends and incorporate innovative approaches into video content

Qualifications
Background in video and audio editing, preferably in an educational context
Proficient in scriptwriting and instructional video production
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and technical teams
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling
Basic working proficiency in English
Experience in directing and editing educational videos is a plus

You can expect to do the following in your day-to-day work:
- Lead several group classes a day
- Prepare thorough lesson plans
- Consistently engage and interact with students remotely throughout their enrollment period
- Evaluate students’ classwork and homework when applicable
- Specific hours to be determined, up to 40 hours/week (work hours will follow Arabian Standard Time)
- Be a thought leader and contributor to new and exciting courses and curriculums

Qualifications
- Native-level English speaker.
- Conversational in Arabic and with previous experience in dealing with Arab culture.
- Female applicant. Teaching license or certification (such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA).
- Computer with a high-speed internet connection of 25 mbps or greater.
- Teaching location that provides a professional online classroom experience.
- Prior experience teaching English in a group environment is required.
- Prior experience with curriculum development is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a remote-first environment is preferred.
